Combine conference rooms, Mexico Hall, covered tents and outdoor spaces to fit your programme. The main outdoor arena accommodates up to 15,000 visitors; the natural amphitheatre provides space for 2,500 guests. These are separate spaces, and your final event layout and capacity are agreed with the venue team.
Accommodation and hospitality in one location
With 350 beds on site, participants can stay close to the programme. Restaurants and event catering support working lunches, coffee breaks and evening hospitality. Discuss dietary requirements, accessibility needs, room allocation and additional accommodation for larger groups as part of the event brief.
